Anisha qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and worked at a West End firm before joining AST Law in August 2025. Anisha has experience dealing with a variety of commercial and residential property transactions, acting on acquisitions, disposals, refinances, and leases of commercial, residential, and mixed-use premises for a range of clients, taking into consideration their specific needs and objectives. Outside of the office, Anisha enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Ryan is a solicitor with extensive experience across both property and private client matters. He handles residential and commercial transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, staircasing, lease extensions, and landlord and tenant work. His work in the private client field including wills, estate administration, and complex probate matters involving high-value estates. Ryan has a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, he works closely with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure smooth and efficient transactions. Whether drafting contracts, reviewing title documents, or managing estate accounts, he combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills. Driven, adaptable, and client-focused, Ryan thrives in fast-paced environments and is always looking to expand his legal expertise.

Susan has been helping people buy and sell their homes for many years and understands that buying or selling a house or flat is a major life experience for most people. Her drive has always been to make the process as seamless and stress free as possible and to provide clients with as much information as she can, presented in a clear and easy to understand way. Susan likes to build relationships with clients so that they feel they can call on her with any queries at any time during the conveyancing process. Attention to detail is the keystone of Susan’s work at all times.
Outside of the office, Susan is a proud grandmother of twin girls, who accompany her on visits to National Trust properties, the theatre and many other sightseeing expeditions!

Alisa has over 5 years’ experience working within the Law Industry. Alisa joined AST LAW in October 2024 as a Legal Assistant. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a marketing assistant within the hospitality industry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling seeing the world and experimenting with new recipes. Alisa is also a massive Arsenal fan!

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1968. He was a partner at Kennedys for over 30 years and is now a consultant at AST LAW Solicitors. Richard handles Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. His main hobbies are reading, walking , gardening and watching cricket when he has the time to do so.

Valerie has practised as a property solicitor for many years, previously being a partner at Nicholas & Co and before that Davis Hanson.

In addition to residential and commercial conveyancing transactions involving sales, purchases and mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties, Valerie acts on lease extension claims, disposal of Freeholds subject to long residential leases, Auction Sales, Deeds of Variations, Licences for Alterations and Commercial Lease renewals.

Valerie adopts a proactive pragmatic approach to all transactional work. She has a loyal diverse client base which includes high net worth individuals, domestic and international clients.

Tony has been in the legal industry for more than 20 years and works as a Consultant Litigation Paralegal. His area of expertise is in money claims, residential and commercial landlord / tenant / evictions, boundary disputes, commercial leases and building disputes.

In more complex cases he works with a Barrister who has more than 45 years’ experience at the Bar and Tony is also available to his clients at evenings and weekends. Aside from the office, Tony has studied martial arts for over 40 years and continues to train and plays tennis regularly. He is a Classic car enthusiast and enjoys travelling.
